Lanham Lyne
Fritz Lanham Lyne, Jr. (born June 20, 1955),〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Lanham Lyne )〕 is a businessman from Wichita Falls, Texas, who was from 2011 to 2013 a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives from District 69 in Wichita and Archer counties in North Texas.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Lanham Lyne )〕 From 2005 to 2010, he was the mayor of Wichita Falls; all Texas mayors are elected on a nonpartisan ballot. ==Background==
Lyne was born and reared in Dallas, Texas. He graduated in 1972 from Skyline High School in the Pleasant Grove section of Dallas.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Skyline High School Graduations 2013 )〕 In 1985, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. He was the vice-president of Lyne Energy Partners, a company in the oil industry, from 1984 to 1988, when he was elevated to company president. Lyne has been affiliated with United Way and the YMCA. From 1995 to 1999, he volunteered as the head basketball coach and a part-time history teacher at the private Notre Dame Catholic School in Wichita Falls. Formerly a board member of the First Christian Church, he is now active in Colonial Baptist Church in Wichita Falls.
